Chuck Georgo founded NOWHERETOHIDE.ORG, LLC, after nearly 30 years of experience in intelligence, national security, defense, and law enforcement.
Chuck’s education includes:

Chuck has served as a strategic planner, business analyst, and technologist supporting the National Security Agency, Federal Bureau of Investigation, Department of Homeland Security, Naval Criminal Investigative Service, Naval Security Group, and many other public and private sector organizations. He helped these agencies to develop meaningful strategic plans, implement innovative technologies, and to assess their success towards achievement of desired results.

Of particular note, since 2000, Chuck has been at the forefront in developing and implementing Law Enforcement Data Sharing architectures and systems around the country. He was instrumental in architecting and deploying the FBI Joint Terrorism Task Force (JTTF) Information Sharing Initiative in St. Louis, MO and five of the eight Naval Criminal Investigative Service Law Enforcement Information Exchange (LInX) projects; see his “Data Sharing” page for more specifics on his approach to effective information sharing. Over the last three years, he has focused his efforts to architect and implement intelligence and information sharing technologies for state and regional Fusion Centers, and to help them operate in a manner that supports the civil rights and civil liberties of the citizens they protect.
